By Subway:

Only a few minutes away by subway. Exit at Summerhill station. Cross Yonge Street to the west side and walk north to just past Walker Ave. The clinic is in a building called Summerhill Gardens. Once on the 3rd floor, exit left out of the elevator, go down the hall and last door on the left.

Street parking/paid parking nearby:

Summerhill Avenue: Green P (paid) parking on the north side. There is street parking on the south side after 11:00am.

Walker Avenue: only 1 hour parking after 10:00am, and other local streets. Please review street signs.

Yonge Street (West side): Green P (paid) parking.

Nearest Green P parking garage: located south of Yonge and St. Clair, turn east on Rosehill Avenue, parking garage on north side. ~5-10 minute walk south to clinic.

Fees

Initial Visit (45 min – 1 hour): $130 (1 area of the body) i.e: neck/lower back. Posture screen is included. Any secondary issues can be assessed on follow-up by selecting new complaint when booking follow-up appointments. Alternatively, you may book an extended initial visit (see below).

Extended initial visit: 1-3 areas $200: assessment and treatment of multiple areas of the body.

Subsequent Visit (15 min): $55

Subsequent Visit (30 min): $80

Subsequent Visit (1 hr): $150

Custom Orthotics: $515 (Footlevelers custom orthotics via 3D foot scan and biomechanical analysis.)

Payment is taken after each visit (unless pre-paid)

*Chiropractic pre-paid packages of 5 visits (per patient) are available upon request (5% discount is applied). These packages are available for ease/payment relief for patients, and ensuring contactless payment after each visit

*For insurance purposes: any acupuncture provided comes out of the Chiropractic coverage i.e.: 30 min Chiropractic/Acupuncture visit -> e-claim is 30 mins under Chiropractic service

Optional upon request: eligible insurance e-claims can be made on your behalf with payment assigned to you (plan member). For *Sun Life members, please self-submit via their plan member app.

Motor vehicle accident claims: registered with FSRA/direct billing available.

Tuesdays: 9:00am-7:00pm*

Thursdays: 9:00am – 7:00pm*

Saturdays: 9:00am – 5:00pm* (alternating Saturdays)

Sundays: 9:00am-3:00pm*

*By appointment only. Early/late appointments can be arranged from 9:00am up to 8:00pm T/Th, Saturdays from 9:00am up to 6:00pm (Sunday’s 9am-5pm.)
